摘 要:空气弹簧是轨道车辆重要的二系悬挂部件,大曲囊式空气弹簧在高速动车组、城轨地铁取得了越来越广泛的运用。为了保证气密性,气囊通过上盖板和扣环的螺栓连接来实现。因此螺栓的安全设计和校核是空气弹簧设计的关键部分。采用有限元的方法对空气弹簧密封需要的螺栓力进行了计算,然后根据空气弹簧运营工况,采用VDI 2230-2003标准对螺栓进行强度评估。对大曲囊式空气弹簧螺栓的选用与校核具有实际指导意义。Air spring is an important secondary suspension component used on rail vehicle.Unrestricted air spring has been used more and more widely in high speed EMU and metro.In order to ensure the tightness of air spring,air bag is connected by the bolts between the top plate and clamping ring.Safety design and check of bolts are the key to air spring design.In this paper,finite element method is used to calculate the bolt force required for air spring seal,then strength of bolts is checked by VDI 2230 standard according to the operating condition.The paper is great signification to the selection and check of air spring bolts.
