摘　　要：现场调查了动车组制动盘异常磨耗情况,对各种可能引起制动盘异常磨耗的因素进行了分析,分析表明,长期载客量过少以及轮装制动盘的结构形式是造成该次制动盘不规则磨耗的主要原因。提出了切实可行的建议,以避免制动盘不规则磨耗超限。The abnormal wear issues of the brake discs on the EMU was investigated on the spot,founding that various factors may cause the irregular wear of the brake disc.Related analysis shows that the main reason for the irregular wear of the brake disc are too little passenger capacity for a long time as well as wheel-mounted brake disc structure.Practical recommendations are proposed to avoid irregular wear on the brake disc in this paper.
