光纤液位传感器在动车组真空集便装置污物箱中的应用

摘　　要：以CRH380A型动车组在检修运用中多发的真空集便装置污物箱误报故障为基础,分析了导致故障发生的原因,并结合现阶段动车组污物箱上普遍使用的浮球液位传感器因浮球脏堵导致故障频发的现状,提出一种基于光学全反射和折射原理的光纤液位传感器,重点介绍了传感器的探头选型,这种光纤传感器具有外形适应性高、灵敏度高,抗电磁干扰,耐腐蚀的特点,能够明显消除传感器探头挂覆异物情况的发生,保证液位检查可靠性,有效降低了污物箱误报故障的发生率。Based on the statistical data of the faults of vacuum toilet device by CRH380A EMU,this paper analyzes the failure causes,and combining with the situation of faults caused by dirty of floating ball sensors used in ENU contamination boxes,this paper puts forward a optical fiber emulsion liquid level sensor on the basis of the optical total reflection and refraction,introduces the sensor probe selection.This optical sensor has the characteristics of the simple structure,high sensitivities,anti-electromagnetism interference,corrosion resisting and better shape applicability,which can achieve the online detection of the liquid level of the contamination boxes.effectively reducing the failure rate of vacuum toilet device.
