全球生产分工体系下的服务贸易出口被低估了吗?——兼论服务贸易的“粘合剂”作用

摘　　要：中间品贸易是全球贸易活动的主要对象,在全球生产分工网络体系中扮演着重要角色。服务(尤其是生产性服务)是贸易经济的粘合剂,主要以中间投入品形式内嵌到制造业中,服务的价值经常被核算在制成品的价值中,容易造成服务贸易出口的低估现象。从服务贸易出口"量"出发,采用增加值前向分解法和后向分解法对全球43个经济体的服务贸易出口进行了重新测算,发现全球服务贸易出口被严重低估。从服务贸易出口"质"出发,重新测算了全球主要经济体的服务贸易出口复杂度,发现全球服务贸易出口复杂度普遍得到了提高,但中国仍然低于世界平均水平。实证检验服务贸易的经济"粘合剂"功能,值得一提的是,服务贸易对经济增长的促进作用明显强于制造业。Intra-mediate trade plays an important role in the international production system. Service is often inserted into the manufactured goods,service’s value always is calculated into the manufactured goods,which leads to the undervaluation of service trade. Firstly,we use forward decomposition method and backward decomposition method to recalculate 40 countries ’ service trade ratio,we deduce that the global service export is seriously undervalued. Secondly,we recalculate the main economies’ export sophistication index,we find that the global export sophistication is generally promoted,but china’s export sophistication is less than the average value. Finally,the empirical estimation supports service trade’s adhesive function on economic growth,especially service trade’s positive effect is better than manufacturing trade.
