麝香保心丸联合银杏酮酯分散片治疗心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨麝香保心丸联合银杏酮酯分散片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对心功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者70例作为研究对象,以数字表法将之随机均分为两组。对照组35例患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组35例患者加用麝香保心丸联合银杏酮酯分散片治疗,对两组治疗效果、心功能改善情况进行比较分析。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为97.14%,与对照组(77.14%)相比明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏每搏输出量(SV)及心脏指数(CI)等心功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各心功能指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗冠心病心绞痛采用麝香保心丸联合银杏酮酯分散片可显著提高治疗效果,促进患者心功能改善,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dispersible Tablets on angina pectoris and its effect on cardiac function.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method.In the control group,35 patients were treated with conventional drugs,and 35 patients in the observation group were treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill and Ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablets.The treatment effects and improvement of cardiac function in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%after treatment,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac stroke output(SV)and cardiac index(CI)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The indexes were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris using Muxiang Baoxin Pill combined with Ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablets can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,promote the patient s heart function to be more significantly improved,and is worth promoting.
