摘　　要：社会化是近些年很多医院都推行的一种管理方式。很多医院的社会化工作都是从后勤社会化开始的,后勤社会化引入了先进的管理理念,提高了服务的专业化,大大改善了服务质量,提高了工作效率。在社会化的过程中,一定要客观看待社会化的作用,综合评价外包工作的范畴,预见社会化工作即将面临的问题,并制定相应的对策,确保社会化工作有序进行和医院服务质量稳步提升。Socialization is a management method that many hospitals have implemented in recent years.The socialization of many hospitals began with the logistics.Logistics socialization introduces advanced management concepts and accelerates the professionalization of services,which greatly improves service quality and work efficiency.In the process of socialization,we must look at the function of socialization objectively,evaluate the scope of outsourcing work comprehensively,anticipate the problems that socialization work will exsisted,and formulate corresponding countermeasures to ensure the quality of hospital services steadily improving.
