摘 要:以铝用冷捣钢棒糊为研究对象,应用离散单元理论建立平板压实模型,通过EDEM对其压实过程进行运动仿真。研究发现:下压力的大小与下压深度成正比关系;在平板压料初期,料堆主要表现为塑性变形,在平板压料后期,料堆除塑性变形外还伴有少量弹性变形,在传统的扎固布料工艺条件下,通过增大平板压实过程的过压量,可以达到人工压实相同的扎固效果;下压速率不是影响铝用冷捣糊压实特性的重要因素。The study object is aluminum cold ramming steel bar paste;the plate compaction model was established based on the application of discrete element theory, and the motion simulation was carried out through compaction process of EDEM. The study found:the size of under pressure has positive relationship with the depth of under pressure;the main performance of stock pile is plastic deformation in the early stage of plate pressing, and there is a little elastic deformation besides plastic deformation at the later stage;the over press amount was increased in the compaction process under the traditional compaction burden distribution technological conditions,the compaction effect can reach to the effect by manual compaction;the under pressure speed is not the most important factor for aluminum cold ramming paste compaction characteristics.
