基层党建引领新时代西藏牧区改革的实践与启示研究——基于改则县物玛乡抢古村的调查

摘　　要：全面推进基层党组织建设是西藏农牧区改革取得根本性胜利的核心保障。十八大以来,党中央高度重视基层党建工作。本文以改则县物玛乡抢古村为个案,全面而系统地总结了党组织在引领农牧区改革中基本做法以及取得的主要成效,以期为新时代基层党建引领西藏农牧区改革提供必要的经验性启示。Promoting the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in an all-round way is the core guarantee for the fundamental victory of the reform in Tibetan agricultural and pastoral areas. Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to grass-roots party construction. Based on the case of KyamKo Village village in Oma township of Gerze county, this paper comprehensively and systematically summarizes the basic methods and main achievements of the party organization in leading the reform of agricultural and pastoral areas in Tibet, with a view to providing necessary empirical enlightenment for the grass-roots party organization in leading the reform of agricultural and pastoral areas in Tibet in the new era.
