摘　　要：研究不含锌白炭黑分散剂对白炭黑填充胶料性能的影响。结果表明:白炭黑分散剂FNS-924不含锌,主要成分为脂肪酸和酯类的混合物;随着白炭黑分散剂FNS-924用量的增大,混炼胶流动性提高,加工性能改善;随着白炭黑分散剂FNS-924用量的增大,白炭黑分散性改善,硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度降低,拉断伸长率提高,滚动阻力和生热降低。The effect of zinc-free silica dispersing aid on the properties of silica filled compound was studied.The results showed that the dispersing aid FNS-924 did not contain any zinc,and its main component was a mixture of fatty acids and esters.With the increase of FNS-924 amount,the flow property and processing properties of the mix were improved,the dispersion of silica was improved,the hardness,modulus and tensile strength of the vulcanizates decreased,the elongation at break increased,and the rolling resistance and heat build-up were reduced.
