基于“一带一路”倡议的闽南地区“互联网+”多式联运模式研究

摘　　要：闽南金三角地区是“一带一路”倡议发展核心区和先行区的重要组成部分,也是福建省经济发展最活跃区域之一,具有明显的区位交通优势,但国际多式联运仍然存在衔接困难、市场不规范、信息不畅通等问题。文章利用“互联网+”,构建供应链管理平台,联合物流企业、政府部门、服务公司、货主等各方力量,优化“互联网+”公铁联运、海铁公联运、空陆联运等多式联运模式,推动“一带一路”各国经济的快速发展。Golden Triangle,Southern Fujian,is an important part of the“One Belt and One Way”Initiative to develop the core area and the leading area.It is also one of the most active regions of Fujian’s economic development.It has obvious location advantages,but there are still many problems in international multimodal transport,such as difficulty in convergence,irregular market and unsmooth information.The article uses the“Internet+”to build a supply chain management platform,and combines all the strength of logistics enterprises,government departments,service companies,cargo owners and other parties to optimize the“Internet+”mode of rail and rail transport,the rail transport mode,and the air and land multimodal transport mode,so as to promote the rapid development of the“One Belt and One Road”economy.
