摘　　要：巴西美丽山一期直流特高压线路导线采用新研制的全张力预绞式接续条方式连接,与传统直线压接管压接施工相比,不需要笨重的压接设备和专业的操作人员,安装工艺简单快捷,一致性强,具有较强的抗疲劳性能、高效节能、适应性广泛、防腐性能好.通过对预绞丝接续条的机械性能试验、热循环及温升试验、电晕、无线电干扰试验、过张力机轮以及滑车试验验证预绞丝接续条的机械性能和电气性能,保证工程质量及运行安全.Belo Monte 800 Kv UHVDC transmission line,the conductors connected by a newly developed full-tension pre-form,Compared with the traditional crimping tube,it does not require bulky crimping equipment and professional operators,The installation of pre-form is simple and quick,strong consistency,high anti-fatigue performance,high efficiency and energy saving,wide adaptability and good anti-corrosion performance.In this paper,the mechanical and electrical properties of the pre-form splicing strips are verified by the mechanical performance test,thermal cycle and temperature rise test,corona and radio interference test,and over-tension wheel and pulley test of the pre-form joints to ensure the quality of the project and operation safely.
