摘 要:为了研究大截面导线放线体系的动力特性,基于ADAMS数值仿真平台,研究了1 250 mm^2导线过大高差档距放线滑车展放时牵引绳及导线动态张力变化规律、放线滑车承载能力.结果表明,导线和牵引绳在初始牵引时段及牵引板过放线滑车时的轴向张力最大值是理论计算值的1.2倍.~1.4倍.对该型号导线展放时,张力机制张力值及牵引机过载安保值的计算进行完善.施工设计中放线滑车承载力安全系数取1.4,应对放线滑车承载能力进行校核.Based on ADAMS numerical simulation platform,research the dynamic tension variation rules of the traction rope and conductor,the carrying capacity of the pulley when the 1 250 mm^2 conductor is stringing on the pulley of large elevation span.Proposed the traction overload protection value amplification coefficient of the tractor,the safety margin when selecting pulley was unreasonable designed are studied.The results show that the axial tension amplification coefficient should be1.2~1.4 after comparing the maximum axial tension value of the conductor and the traction rope in the initial traction period and the traction board passes through the pulley with the theoretical value.The carrying capacity safety factor of the pulley in the construction design should be 1.4,so the carrying capacity of the pulley should be checked.
