摘 要:由于我国能源需求较大,火力发电又是其主要的发电形式,因此产生了大量的粉煤灰.粉煤灰本身具有一定的力学性能,能够将其有效的利用,不仅能够减少环境的污染,还能够废物利用减少新产品的投入.本文主要研究了粉煤灰和石灰石混合加工而成的建筑砖的各项性能,并分析了在何种条件下其建筑性能最优.在此基础上,本文还对最终的样品进行了力学性能的实验,并与之对比我国相关的标准.结果显示,从力学性能上看,其大部分指标超过了加气混凝土的强度,部分指标与之靠近.因此,可以用该材料代替加气混凝土作为建筑单元.Because of our country’s large energy demand,thermal power generation is its main form of power generation,so a large number of fly ash has been produced.Fly ash itself has certain mechanical properties.It can be used effectively.It can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also reduce the investment of new products by waste utilization.In this paper,the properties of building bricks made of fly ash and limestone are studied,and the optimum building performance under which conditions is analyzed.On this basis,the mechanical properties of the final samples were tested and compared with the relevant standards in China.The results show that most of the indexes exceed the strength of aerated concrete in terms of mechanical properties,and some of them are close to it.Therefore,this material can be used as building unit instead of aerated concrete.
