摘  要:建筑功能的多样化已成为建筑设计的趋势,而由于建筑功能的多样化,不同区域空调冷热源的使用时间存在差异,运行时间上可能具有互补性,故有必要研究如何对不同区域的冷热源优化布置,以达到节能效果.以青岛市某工程为依托,运用全寿命周期费用法对该工程会展中心和商住综合区的备选方案进行了筛选,结果显示,两区域最优冷热源方案均为空气源热泵+水蓄能.为充分考虑两区域冷热源运行时间的互补性,提出将两区域冷热源机组综合布置的优化方案,在优化前后蓄水池体积变化较小,且机组运行策略保持一致的条件下,优化后初投资与运行费用及全寿命周期费用分别降低1.0%、15.2%、11.9%.该研究有节能效益,并可为不同区域空调冷热源方案的布置提供参考.Diversification of building functions has become a trend of architectural design.Due to the diversity of building functions,the use time of air conditioning cold-and-heat sources in different regions is different,and the operation time may be complementary.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to optimize the arrangement of cold-and-heat sources in different regions to achieve energy-saving effect.Based on a project in Qingdao,the alternatives of the exhibition center and commercial-and-residential complex were screened by using the life-cycle cost analysis.The results show that the optimal cold-and-heat source scheme for both regions is the air-source heat pump with water storage.In order to fully consider the complementarity of the operation time of cold-and-heat sources in two regions,an optimization scheme of the corresponding arrangement of the two regions′cold-and-heat sources was proposed.Under the condition that the reservoir volume changed little and operation strategies of the units kept invariant after optimization,the initial investment,operation cost and life-cycle cost were reduced by 1.0%,15.2%and 11.9%,respectively.With the potential energy saving benefits,this research can provide reference for the arrangement of air conditioning cold-and-heat sources in different regions.
