大学生专业认同度与学业成绩的关系：心理资本的中介作用

摘　　要：采用大学生专业认同度量表和积极心理资本问卷对河北大学355名学生进行测量,探究专业认同度、心理资本和学业成绩的关系。结果显示,学业成绩与心理资本中的希望因子、乐观因子呈显著正相关,与专业认同度显著正相关;希望因子在专业认同度对学业成绩的影响中发挥完全中介效应。因此,大学生的专业认同度可正向预测学业成绩,且心理资本中的希望因子在其中起到完全中介作用。To explore the influence of identity of major on learning achievement in college students,355 students of Hebei University were surveyed with the Identity of Major Scale and the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire.The result shows that:learning achievement was positively correlated with the factor“hope”and optimism in psychological capital,and positively correlated with identity of major;the“hope”factor in psychological capital plays a completely mediating role in the impact of identity of major on learning achievement.
