摘　　要：近年缺陷出生医疗纠纷不断,本文通过分析四个缺陷出生审结案而提出:若检查结果显示不清楚致难以判别胎儿结构是否正常时,超声医师应在影像诊断部分列出并提醒临床医生和孕妇,以减少缺陷出生纠纷。In recent years,medical disputes of birth defects occur constantly.By analyzing four cases of birth defects concluded by the court,this paper puts forward following suggestion:if the examination results are unclear and it is difficult to identify the normal structure of the fetus,the sonographer should list it in the imaging diagnosis and remind the clinician and the pregnant woman to reduce birth defects disputes.
