摘 要:IC厌氧反应器广泛应用在再生纸造纸废水处理流程中,它拥有较大的上升流速、高效的泥水混合强度、较高的承载容积负荷能力、稳定的出水水质等特性,易于培养高活性的厌氧颗粒污泥的优点,但是由于再生废纸造纸废水中存在高钙离子浓度的特点,IC厌氧反应器普遍存在布水不均匀、污泥钙化、管道结垢、反应器缓冲能力差、出水颗粒污泥流失等问题。本文结合老款IC、新款ICX的运行经验,研究了厌氧反应器的启动、运行的关键控制参数,从而为高效厌氧反应器在再生纸造纸工业废水处理中的实际应用提供了理论与实践基础。IC anaerobic reactor is widely used in the wastewater treatment process of recycled paper making. It has the characteristics of large upflow velocity, high efficiency of mixing strength of sludge and water, high capacity of carrying volume load and stable effluent. It is easy to cultivate anaerobic granular sludge with high activity. However, IC anaerobic reactor is ubiquitous because of the high concentration of calcium ions in recycled paper making wastewater. The problems of uneven distribution of water, sludge calcification, pipeline scaling, poor buffer capacity of reactor and loss of granular sludge in effluent are discussed. Based on the operation experience of the old IC reactor and the new ICX reactor, the key control parameters of the start-up and operation of the anaerobic reactor are studied in this paper, which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the practical application of the high-efficiency anaerobic reactor in the wastewater treatment of recycled paper industry in the future.
