摘　　要：成型纸是一种卷烟配套用纸,是生产纸嘴棒的重要材料之一,近年来随着烟草行业的发展,生产效率的提高,卷烟厂嘴棒成型机不断改进,高速的嘴棒成型机的出现,使成型纸在使用中存在的掉毛掉粉问题越来越突出,生产过程中存在掉粉现象,嘴棒厂操作人员需要停机进行处理,严重影响生产效率。通过对比排查,发现挺度和表面强度指标是影响成型纸掉粉的决定性指标,本文通过研究一种表面施胶剂在成型纸产品中的应用,通过对成型纸进行表面施胶作用,增强纸页挺度和表面强度,从而解决成型纸掉粉的问题。Forming is a kind of form a complete set of cigarette paper, paper is one of the important material of producing paper rods,with the development of tobacco industry in recent years, the improvement of production efficiency, cigarette factories rods machines continue to improve, the emergence of high-speed rods molding machine, the molding of paper in the existing in the use of wool powder problem more and more prominent, off powder phenomenon exist in the process of production, rods plant operators need to stop for processing, the serious influence production efficiency.Through comparative investigation, it is found that stiffness and surface strength index are the decisive indicators affecting the falling powder of molding paper. In this paper, the application of a surface sizing agent in molding paper products is studied. Through the surface sizing of molding paper, the stiffness and surface strength of paper can be enhanced, so as to solve the problem of falling powder of molding paper.
