摘 要:某污水处理厂设计规模为5×10^4 m^3/d,采用交替式活性污泥处理工艺(UNITANK),在不增加占地的前提下,将该工艺改造为MBR工艺,进行提标扩容。运行结果表明,改造后的系统出水标准由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB l8918—2002)一级B提升至一级A,处理规模也从5×10^4 m^3提高至10×10^4 m^3。UNITANK process was applied to a wastewater treatment plant with design scale of 5×10^4 m^3/d.Under the condition of no additional land occupation,reconstruction of UNITANK process to MBR process was carried out for upgrading and capacity expansion.The operational results showed that standard of the effluent of the system after reconstrcution was raised from the first B to the first A of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918—2002),and the treatment capacity from 5×10^4 m^3/d to 10×10^4 m^3/d.
