摘 要:本研究采用问卷法对314名大学生进行测量,调查大学生职业成熟度的现状,并采用process宏程序进行中介效应检验,探讨未来取向、自我认同与专业认同影响职业成熟度的内在作用机制。结果发现:(1)大学生职业成熟度处于中等水平,不同家庭收入、性别和独生/非独生子女的职业成熟度或其分维度得分差异显著;(2)未来取向、自我认同、专业认同和职业成熟度两两之间显著相关,且未来取向可正向预测职业成熟度;(3)自我认同和专业认同在未来取向和职业成熟度之间起链式中介作用。可得出如下结论:未来取向通过自我认同和专业认同的链式中介作用对大学生的职业成熟度起间接影响。To investigate the current situation of college students'career maturity,a sample of 314 college students was measured by questionnaire method.And process program was used to test the mediating effects of self-identity and professional identity on the relationship between future orientation and career maturity.The results indicated that:(1)Career maturity of college students was at a medium level.Career maturity of students of higher family incomes was significantly higher than those of students of lower family incomes.The scores of girls in career value were significantly higher than those of boys.The scores of single-child in career autonomy were significantly higher than those of non-only children.(2)Future orientation,self-identity,professional identity and career maturity was significantly correlated with each other.Future orientation could positively predict career maturity.(3)Mediation effect test showed that self-identity and professional identity played a chain intermediary role between future orientation and career maturity.It can be concluded that future orientation could indirectly predict career maturity through the chain mediation of self-identity and professional identity.
