摘  要:为了解当前中国学术界对最低工资领域研究整体能量分布与热点前沿主题,选取1998—2017年最低工资领域的184篇CSSCI期刊论文作为研究样本,基于文献计量、知识图谱分析方法并结合运用CiteSpace软件进行探究。研究结果发现:(1)中国最低工资研究主要划分为启蒙阶段(2003年及以前)、起步阶段(2004—2009年)和快速发展阶段(2010年至今)等三个阶段;(2)当前中国学术界在最低工资领域实践经验与知识基础的时间沉淀、期刊关注与支持度、核心作者群体数量和研究水平、研究机构关注与投入力度等方面已取得一定进展,但相关理论研究仍严重滞后于中国最低工资制度完善的实践需求,社会各界的关注和支持力度亟待加强;(3)国内学术界最低工资研究热点主要包括最低工资水平确定及其制度完善、劳动力市场影响、经济效应、农民工群体影响、企业影响等五方面,研究前沿趋势则主要涉及企业外贸出口效应、价格传递效应、溢出效应、工资分布效应、资源配置效应等五方面。在此基础上,从人力资本效应、边界效应、细分行业(职业)影响效应及其最低工资制度探究等三方面提出未来趋势展望。In order to have a good understand of the current research on the overall energy distribution,hotspots and frontiers of minimum wage field in China,the paper selects 184 CSSCI Chinese journal articles in the minimum wage field from 1998 to 2017 as research samples,and the bibliometrics and knowledge mapping analysis method and CiteSpace software are used to explore.The results show that minimum wage study in China can be divided into three stages,including the enlightenment stage(2003 and before),the initial stage(2004-2009)and the rapid development stage(2010-present).Besides,China’s minimum wage study has already made some progress,including the aspects of the time precipitation of practical experience and knowledge base,periodical concern and support,the number of core author groups and the level of research,the attention and investment of higher research institutions,etc.While the related research results lag behind the actual needs of the perfection of the minimum wage system in China,and the attention and support from all walks of life still need to be strengthened.Meanwhile,the research hotspots of minimum wage in China’s academic circles mainly include five aspects,such as the determination of minimum wage level and its system perfection,the influence of labor market,the study of its economic effect,the impact on migrant workers group and the impact on enterprises.And the research frontier trends mainly involve five aspects,including export effect,price transfer effect,spillover effect,wage distribution effect,resource allocation effect and so on.On this basis,the future trends are is put forward from three aspects,such as human capital effect research,boundary effect research,subdivision industry(occupation)effect and its minimum wage system research.
