摘　　要：川西双鱼石构造勘探目的层埋藏深,完钻井深超过7000m,纵向多压力系统致使钻进中井塌、井漏、气侵等复杂频发,针对于此该地区钻井普遍采用非标井身结构。实钻中上部长井段大尺寸井眼往往表现出机械钻速较低同时钻井周期较长,从地层岩性与井眼尺寸入手分析了上述问题并就井身结构优化、空气钻井可行性论证、钻头选型以及钻井液优选展开了提速技术研究,逐步形成了适合该区块工程地质特征的钻井提速配套技术:优化井身结构,减少大尺寸Φ444.5mm井眼钻井深度;采用“空气钻”提速技术,快速钻过沙溪庙组中上部以上易塌、易漏地层;Φ333.4mm井眼沙溪庙组中下部至须家河组中上部井段采用“高效PDC+螺杆+优质Kcl-有机盐聚合物钻井液”复合钻井提速技术,保证了“空气钻”井段井壁稳定以快速钻至三开中完,上部大尺寸井段的钻井周期大幅缩短,实现了优快钻井,为加快该区块勘探步伐提供了技术保证。The target zone at Shuangyushi structure in Sichuan province is buried deep,and the total depth of completed wells could be more than 7000 meters.And the vertical multiple-pressure system normally cause frequent collapse,mud losses and kicks.Based on the condition described above,drilling in this area always adopts the special casing programs,ROP is low and drilling operation time long when drilling the big-size upper section.In this paper the reasons for low ROP in considered sections are analyzed in terms of formation lithology and bit size,and focusing on ROP enhancement by means of casing program optimizing,gas drilling and mud optimization,finally forming a series of speeding-up methods developed,which include reducingФ444.5mm hole section length,applying gas drilling and compound drilling.The application shows the big-size-hole drilling ROP of upper zones at Shuangyushi structure becomes much more faster and drilling operation time shortened accordingly,which contributes to high-quality fast drilling and guarantees a quick exploration.
