摘 要:临兴先导试验区致密气井受井下封隔器限制,油套压差无法判断井筒是否积液,且井底流压等关键参数难以获取,导致现场排液措施滞后,气井积液井数占比超过70%,严重影响气井正常生产及经济效益。常规的稳态生产分析忽略了井筒内瞬态流动影响,无法实时判断致密气井是否出现携液问题。针对上述问题,采用瞬态流动分析方法进行致密气井筒非稳态模拟,并修正油藏参数水气比(WGR)等基础数据,获得致密气井实时生产数据下井底流压等关键参数,与现场气井实测流压、流温数据进行对比,并验证适用性;以此为基础,预测井口气液两相流流态,判断致密气井筒能否正常携液。分析研究结果表明,该方法计算结果可靠,具有很强的实用性,对现场生产排液措施时机选择具有指导作用,可为临兴致密气田生产分析提供借鉴。In Linxing pilot test tight gas field,the number of liquid loading wells has exceeded more than 70%.In order to save costs,the simplified ground flow procedures have been adopted in the field.Besides,restrained by downhole packers.it’s difficult to obtain single well daily production data and measured bottom hole flow pressure.The conventional steady production analysis method,neglects the effects of transient flow in the wellbore and can only calculate important parameters such as critical liquid loading under the specific condition and determine whether there is the liquid loading problem in the wellbore.Therefore,it leads to the lag of drainage measures and seriously affects the normal production and economic benefits of tight gas wells.In this paper,considering the influence of transient flow in wellbore by OLGA,the unsteady state analysis is used to simulate the production process oftight gas wells.Then,it corrects the parameters of reservoir water gas ratio.The calculation results of key parameters,such as daily gas production,daily water production and bottom flow pressure,are then compared with actual production.And from the flow pattern perspective of liquid carrying law,this method is credible and has very strong practicability.It can guide the choice of drainage measures for different production time and provides some reference for analysis of tight gas production.
