摘  要:油田现场反相乳化钻井液的使用过程中常出现钻井液中重晶石沉积、滤失量过大和岩屑悬浮能力不足等现象,从而引发了井底岩屑堆积、井眼堵塞等问题。文章采用加重剂复配的方式,综合了常用的重晶石加重剂和MicroMax(微锰)加重剂的优势,通过将重晶石与MicroMax复配的方式,研究了在不同重晶石和MicroMax复配比例条件下的反向乳化钻井液的性能,得到了反相乳化钻井液的最佳复配比例,提出了一种新的抗高温高压的反相乳化钻井液配方。结果表明,反相乳化钻井液仅采用重晶石加重剂进行加重时,在高温高压条件下表现出较差的流变性和沉降稳定性、较好的滤失性;反相乳化钻井液仅采用MicroMax加重剂进行加重时,在高温高压条件下表现出较好的流变性和沉降稳定性、较差的滤失性。而采用重晶石和MicroMax以60∶40的复配比例对反相乳化钻井液的加重剂复配时,其凝胶强度、屈服极限、静态沉降系数以及滤失量分别为13Pa、23.6Pa、0.506、16.3mL,能够得到性能良好的反相乳化钻井液。During the application of reverse emulsion drilling fluid in oil field,barite deposition in drilling fluid,excessive filtration and insufficient cuttings suspension capacity often occur,which lead to the accumulation of cuttings at the bottom of the well and the blockage of drilling holes.In this paper,the advantages of barite weighing agent and MicroMax(micro-manganese)weighing agent are synthesized by the way of compounding.By combining barite with MicroMax,the performance of reverse emulsified drilling fluid under different ratio of barite and MicroMax is studied,and the optimum compound proportion of reverse emulsified drilling fluid is obtained,and a new reversed-phase emulsified drilling fluid formula against high temperature and high pressure is put forward.The results show that when the reverse emulsified drilling fluid is only aggravated by barite weighting agent,it shows poor rheological property and settlement stability,and good filtration property under high temperature and high pressure,and the reverse emulsified drilling fluid shows better Rheological property and settlement stability and poor filtration property under high temperature and high pressure when it is only aggravated by MicroMax weighting agent.The results show that the reverse emulsified drilling fluid weighted by barite weight agent shows poor Rheological property and settlement stability and poor filtration property under the condition of high temperature and high pressure.When barite and MicroMax are mixed at 60:40,the reversed phase emulsified drilling fluid with good performance could be obtained when the gel strength,yield limit,static sedimentation coefficient and filtration loss are 13 Pa,23.6 Pa,0.506,16.3 ml,respectively.
