摘 要:变压器在空载合闸过程中,由于铁芯饱和会产生大量的励磁涌流。影响励磁涌流主要因素有合闸角度、铁芯磁通饱和点、剩磁和变压器结构等。对于合闸角度、铁芯磁通饱和点和剩磁已有较多论文讨论,然而变压器结构对于励磁涌流的影响鲜有讨论,文章将阐释带激磁调压绕组的变压器励磁涌流特性,并结合一例发电厂带激磁调压绕组的特高压变压器启励过程中发生的异常事件,分析剩磁对带激磁调压绕组型变压器励磁涌流特性的影响。通过仿真,比较含剩磁情况下带激磁调压绕组型和不带激磁调压绕组型变压器的励磁涌流特性。In the process of no-load switching,a large number of magnetizing inrush currents will occur in the transformer due to the saturation of the core.The main factors affecting inrush current are closing angle,flux saturation point,remanence and transformer structure.There are many papers discuss closing angle,core flux saturation point and remanence,but the influence of transformer structure on inrush current is seldom discussed.This paper will explain the characteristics of inrush current of transformer with excitation regulated voltage winding,and combining with an example of UHV transformer with excitation regulated voltage winding in power plant,the influence of remanence on magnetizing inrush characteristics of transformer with excitation voltage regulation is analyzed.The inrush current characteristics of transformers with and without excitation voltage regulating windings are compared through simulation.
