摘　　要：文中阐述了第19届上海国际纺织工业展览会展出的印染后整理设备情况。主要介绍了织物的起毛、磨毛、梳毛、拉幅定形、柔软整理等通用设备,并简要介绍了智能管理系统。指出,与往届展览推出的产品相比,磨毛机能耗更低;拉幅定形设备更多的添加了尾气处理装置,整体朝着环保可持续方向发展;柔软机多数采用气流拍打,以提高布匹柔软性和质量;智能系统能够更为精确把控产品质量,可实现实时监控,减小误差提高质量。This paper describes the situation of the finishing equipment for knitting,printing and dyeing at the 19thShanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition,and mainly introduces general equipment such as fuzzing,sanding,combing,tentering of fabrics,soft finishing,and briefly introduces the intelligent management system.It points out that the energy consumption of the sanding machine is lower compared with previous exhibitions;the stentering equipment adds an exhaust gas treatment device,which continues to develop in the direction of environmental protection;the softening machine uses air flapping to improve the softness and quality of the cloth;the intelligent management can achieve more accurate product quality control,and realize real-time monitoring in the production line to eliminate errors and ensure quality.
