摘　　要：为了更好地把握生产过程中色纺纱针织物颜色的精确性,探究色纺纱针织物呈色效果的影响因素。首先织造不同弯纱深度、不同织物组织的色纺纱针织物,色纺纱颜色配置红蓝、红黄、黄蓝、黑白4种,然后使用Datacolor SF600测色仪测试织物不同层数时的颜色,并从明度、饱和度、色相3方面进行分析,探究弯纱深度、织物组织、织物层数对色纺纱针织物颜色的影响。结果表明,织物层数、织物组织、弯纱深度对色纺纱针织物的明度值均有影响,但对色纺纱针织物的饱和度和色相几乎无影响。In order to better control the color accuracy of dyed-yarn knitted fabrics during production process,the influence factors of coloration of dyed-yarn knitted fabrics were investigated.Firstly,the dyed-yarn knitted fabrics with stitch cam depth and different fabric structures were knitted,and colored spun yarn has four kinds of colors:red-blue,red-yellow,yellow-blue and black-white.Then the color of fabrics with different layers was tested by using Datacolor SF600 colorimeter,and the lightness,chroma and hue were also analyzed.The effects of stitch cam depth,fabric structure and fabric layers on the color of dyed-yarn knitted fabrics were investigated.The results show that the number of layers,structure and stitch cam depth of the fabric have effects on the brightness value of the dyed-yarn knitted fabric,but have little effect on the chroma and hue.
