摘  要:为改善阳离子水性聚氨酯胶膜耐水性差的问题,采用硬脂酸单甘油酯(GMS)分别对聚酯型和聚醚型阳离子水性聚氨酯进行改性。通过测试改性前后样品乳液的稳定性、粒径及其分布,胶膜耐水性及其表面沾水性,研究了通过硬脂酸单甘油酯向聚氨酯引入的侧长链烷基对其主要应用性能的影响。结果表明,通过GMS引入的脂肪长链能够显著地改善阳离子聚酯型和聚醚型聚氨酯的乳液的稳定性及其胶膜表面的拒水效果,但这种性能上的提升也与材料的超分子结构密切相关。In order to improve the water resistance of cationic waterborne polyurethane film,glyceridemonostearate(GMS)was used to modify the polyester or polyether cationic polyurethane respectively.The effects of the side long alkyl chain on the stability,particle size and distribution of cationic WPU emulsion,and the water resistance of the corresponding film were investigated.The results show that the stability of both type cationic WPU emulsions and the water-repellent of the corresponding films were significantly improved by introducing the long fat chain in GMS,which was also closely related to the super molecular structure of the material.
