摘　　要：基于三维无纺衬垫材料在内衣领域的应用需求,分析材料成形的关键技术。通过三维人体测量获取人体胸部形态,建立文胸罩杯基准胶碗模型,开发符合人体胸部形态的模具。从材料切割技术、面料贴合技术、模压成形技术3方面研究三维无纺衬垫材料文胸罩杯的立体成形技术。指出在材料切割上要采用有异型导槽的切割装置,面料贴合上可采用封闭的、内置自动喷胶装置的箱体进行喷胶处理,模压成形上采用热模压和冷模压相结合的方式可使罩杯达到良好的成形效果。该研究对开发舒适合体的三维无纺衬垫材料成形罩杯具有指导意义。Based on the application requirement of three-dimensional non-woven liner material in underwear field,this paper analyses the key technology of material forming.It establishes the reference rubber bowl model of bra cup and develops the mould that conforms to the shape of human breast according to human body chest shape obtained by three-dimensional anthropometry.And it studies the stereoscopic forming technology of three-dimensional non-woven liner bra cup from material cutting technology,fabric bonding technology and molding forming technology.It points out that the cutting device with special guide groove should be used to cut material,and the closed box with built-in automatic glue spraying device can be used for glue spraying treatment,and the molding forming method with the combination of hot and cold molding can achieve good forming effect for bra cup.This study has a guiding significance for the development of comfortable three-dimensional non-woven liner material forming for bra cups.
