摘  要:智能制造工程及数字化车间、个性化网络定制等互联网+制造模式为服装产业转型升级带来重大机遇。阐述传统服装企业通过实施数字化、网络化、智能化升级,构建企业智能制造体系,实现供应链协同制造。介绍服装企业物联网构建、服装企业工业互联网构建、企业资源协同制造实现、供应链协同、供应链云平台、供应链生态圈。指出实施过程应从易到难、由浅入深,分阶段、分层次推进,提高生产柔性和响应速度。在核心企业主导下,通过上下游企业的产业链协同,高效、精准地对接需求,提升资源配置效率。The‘internet+manufacturing’mode,such as intelligent manufacturing engineering,digital workshop and personalized network customization,brings great opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of the garment industry.This paper expounds the traditional clothing enterprises,through the implementation of digital,network and intelligent upgrading,and builds up an enterprise intelligent manufacturing system to achieve supply chain collaborative manufacturing.The construction of Internet of things,industrial Internet,resource collaborative manufacturing,supply chain collaboration,cloud platform of supply chain and supply chain ecosystem are introduced.It points out that the implementation process should be carried out from easy to difficult,from shallow to deep,in stages and at different levels,so as to improve production flexibility and response speed.Under the guidance of core enterprises,through the industrial chain coordination of upstream and downstream enterprises,the demand can be matched effectively and accurately and the efficiency of resource allocation can be improved.
