摘 要:研究了一种新研发出的路用标线材料,将荧光材料、反应型高分子材料在一定相容剂作用下进行分散融合,研究开发出发光强度高,辨识度高,视觉导向能力强的荧光标线材料。该材料白天吸收太阳光能量储能,晚上可自发光6 h,主要对保障夜间高速公路行车安全发挥重要作用,荧光路面标线还可与反光型路面标线结合,在自主发光的同时,仍保留反光标线的逆反射性,进一步增强夜间路面标线的可辨识度,提高驾驶员在此类环境下对路面的判断能力,而且具有更加优异的路用性能。In this paper,a new road marking material is introduced. The fluorescent material and reactive polymer material are dispersed and fused under the action of certain compatibilizer. The fluorescent marking material with high light intensity,high recognition and strong visual guidance ability is developed. The material can absorb solar energy during the day and self-luminous for 6 hours at night. It plays an important role in ensuring the safety of highway driving at night. The fluorescent pavement marking can also be combined with reflective pavement marking. While self-luminous,it still retains the reverse reflection transmission of reflective marking and further enhances the feasibility of road marking at night. Identification can improve the driver’s ability to judge the road surface in such circumstances,and has more excellent road performance.
