刍议如何加强水资源开发利用与保护

摘　　要：人们生存离不开水,水资源是当前最为主要的资源,在人类发展中起到重要的作用。水资源管理好坏决定了一个国家的发展。当前,我国面临水资源紧缺的情况,需要积极做好应对,合理开发利用好水资源,才能推动经济建设与发展,满足人们日常生活需求。积极对水资源采取有针对性的保护措施,是当前我国社会经济稳定发展的前提。文章概述了我国开发利用水资源过程中出现的问题,针对性提出加强水资源开发利用的有效措施,希望可以为相关单位人员提供有用参考。People can not survive without water,which is the most important resource at present and plays an important role in human development.The quality of water resources management determines the development of a country.At present,China is facing the situation of shortage of water resources,we need to actively deal with it,rational development and utilization of water resources in order to promote economic construction and development and meet the needs of people's daily life.Actively taking targeted pro-tection measures for water resources is the premise of the current stable social and economic development of our country.This paper summarizes the problems in the process of development and utilization of water resources in China,and puts forward effective mea-sures to strengthen the development and utilization of water resources,in the hope of providing useful reference for the personnel of relevant workplaces.
