摘　　要：现代项目管理方式是一种比较科学的管理方式,应用在地铁活动管理当中,可以降低合同的风险,提高地铁车辆运行管理的精准程度。基于此,文章主要分析现在项目管理的要点与核心,并探讨地铁合同管理当中存在哪些问题,针对现代项目管理理论的核心和要点,分析提高地铁合同管理效果的对策。Modern project management is a relatively scientific management method,which can reduce the risk of contract and improve the accuracy of subway vehicle operation management when applied in subway activity management.Based on this,this pa-per mainly analyzes the main points and core of the current project management,and discusses the problems existing in the subway contract management.Aiming at the core and key points of the Modern Project Management Theory,this paper analyzes the counter-measures to improve the effect of subway contract management.
