特细号色纺纱浆纱工艺研究

摘　　要：优选特细号色纺纱的上浆工艺。分析了8.3 tex特细号色纺纱的特性,针对特细号色纺纱品种的浆纱、织造难点,对原工艺配方进行了改进和优化,进一步提高了特细号色纺纱品种的织机效率,降低了经停次数,提升了产质量。认为:特细号色纺纱强力低、毛羽多、耐磨性差,在生产中对浆料配方进行优选的同时要相应调整浆纱工艺,才能达到较好的优化效果。The sizing process of super fine colored spun yarn was optimized.The properties of 8.3 tex super fine colored spun yarn were analyzed.Aimed at the sizing and weaving difficulties of super fine colored spun yarn,the original sizing instruction was improved and optimized.The loom efficiency of super fine colored spun yarn was fur⁃ther improved.The stop times were reduced and the production quality were improved.It is considered that the super fine colored spun yarn has lower strength,more hairiness and worse wear resistance.The sizing instruction should be optimized during the production.Meanwhile the sizing process should be adjusted accordingly.Then,better optimiza⁃tion effect can be achieved.
