摘　　要：探讨浆纱工序中降低浆料成本的途径。以6个细号高密品种为研究对象,通过调整浆料配方,优化浆纱工艺,以百米用浆节约成本、浆纱增强率、减伸率、毛羽降低率和织机效率为指标,对优化配方和上浆工艺后的浆纱进行了评价。结果表明:采用新配方并优化上浆工艺后,6个品种的浆料成本均得以降低,浆纱达到了增强保伸的效果,织机效率较优化前明显提高。认为:通过优化浆纱配方和上浆工艺,能在保证浆纱质量的基础上达到降低浆纱成本的目的。The approaches to reduce the size mixture cost in sizing process were discussed.Six fine&high-den⁃sity varieties were taken as the study objects.Through adjusting sizing instruction and optimizing the sizing process,the sized yarn after optimizing sizing instruction and sizing process were evaluated with the items like size mixture cost saving per one hundred meters,sized yarn reinforcing rate,elongation decrease rate,hairiness reducing rate and loom efficiency.The results showed that the size mixture cost of six varieties were all decreased after optimizing the sizing process with new sizing instruction.The effect of strength reinforced and elongation retained for the sized yarn was reached.The loom efficiency was obviously improved compared with before optimization.It is considered that the goal to reduce size mixture cost on the basis of ensuring sized yarn quality can be achieved through optimizing the sizing instruction and sizing process.
