摘 要:探讨间隔织物接结纱分布密度对所制得增强复合板材低速冲击性能的影响。以高强低伸工业涤纶长丝为原料,设计织造了三种接结纱分布密度不同的间隔织物,并制成间隔织物增强复合板材,测试了复合板材的低速冲击性能和冲击前后的侧压性能。结果表明:在一定范围内,间隔织物的接结纱分布密度越大,复合板材的芯柱分布越密集,板材的冲击损伤越小,抗冲击性能越好;板材受冲击后,侧压强度损失率越小。认为:在一定范围内提高间隔织物接结纱分布密度,有利于提高所制得复合板材的抗冲击性能。The influence of linking yarn distribution density on the low speed impact property of produced rein⁃forced composite board was discussed.The industrial polyester filament with higher strength and lower elongation was used as the raw material.The linking yarn with three different distribution densities were designed and woven.And composite board reinforced with woven spacer fabric with them were produced.The low speed impact property and lateral pressure property before and after impacting were tested.The test results showed that the impact damage of the board was less,the anti-impact property was better and the damage rate of lateral pressure tension of the board after impact when the density of bonding yarn of the spacer fabric was higher and the core column distribution was more intensive in a certain range.It is considered that improving the distribution density of the linking yarn in spacer fabric within limits is beneficial to increase the anti-impact property of the composite board obtained.
