摘　　要：探讨钢领钢丝圈的合理使用。阐述了钢领钢丝圈的选型、使用要求、搭配原则以及应该注意的问题,并分析了钢领钢丝圈使用状态对细纱断头的影响。指出:在纺纱生产过程中应根据纺纱品种、原料的特性及用户对产品质量的要求,合理选择钢领与钢丝圈的型号、规格,两者的合理搭配使用有利于减少细纱的断头和毛羽,提高生产效率。认为:应加强对钢领钢丝圈的精细化管理,进一步减少纺纱断头;器材制造企业应进一步提高钢领钢丝圈的精度、耐磨性能,以延长钢领钢丝圈的使用周期,充分发挥两者在纺纱中的作用。Rational use of ring and ring traveller was discussed.Selection,use requirements,matching principle and problems that should be paid attention to ring and ring traveller were expounded.Effect of ring and ring traveller use condition on yarn broken ends was analyzed.It was pointed out that in the spinning production process,type and specification of ring and ring traveller should be reasonably selected according to spinning variety,properties of raw materials and user’s requirements.Reasonable combination use of ring and ring traveller was beneficial to reduce yarn broken ends and hairiness,production efficiency was improved.It is considered that fine management of ring and ring traveler should be strengthened to further reduce spinning broken ends.Precision and wear resistance of ring and ring traveler should be strengthened by equipment manufacturing enterprise,which extends use cycle of ring and ring traveler.The function of ring and ring traveller in spinning can be fully used.
