摘　　要：探讨采用70%埃及棉生产JC 9.7 tex纱的质量提升措施。从原棉选择、工艺配置、专件器材选择等方面入手,采用集聚纺,同时加强操作及设备、空调等各方面的管理。实践结果表明:采用合理的工艺参数和有效的管理措施,如优化打手速度、工艺隔距、给棉板高度、粗纱捻系数等,严格控制棉杂及纱疵,最终成纱质量明显提高,在较低的用棉成本下满足了用户的质量要求。Quality improvement measures for the production of JC 9.7 tex yarn spun by 70%Egyptian cotton were discussed.By starting from selection of raw cotton,process configuration and selection of special equipment,condensed spinning was adopted.At the same time,management of operations and equipment,air conditioning and other aspects should be strengthed.The practice results showed that reasonable process parameters and effective management measures should be adopted,such as optimization of beater speed,process gauge,height of cotton feed⁃ing board and roving twist factor,etc.,impurities and yarn defects should be strictly controlled.Finally,yarn quality is improved obviously.User′s quality requirements are met at a lower cost of cotton.
