摘　　要：总结一款中空涤纶与棉交织面料的生产要点。经纱采用16.5 tex/144 F中空涤纶长丝,采用分散染料染色,通过浆纱增强其强度和耐磨性能。纬纱采用C 16 tex纱,通过前处理去除色素及杂色,采用活性染料和一浴二步法染色。通过后整理进一步提高面料品质。测试结果表明:面料的克罗值达0.48,是普通织物的两倍。认为:生产的面料保暖性较好,可用作男士衬衣保暖面料。Production key points of hollow polyester and cotton interwoven fabric were summarized.16.5 tex/144 F hollow polyester filament was selected as warp,disperse dyeing was adopted,strength and wear resistance were enhanced by sizing.C 16 tex yarn was selected as weft,pigment and assorted colors were removed by pretreat⁃ment.Reactive dyes and one-bath two-step method dyeing were selected.Fabric quality was further improved through finishing.The test results showed that the fabric CLO value was reached 0.48,which was twice of ordinary fabric.It is considered that the produced fabric is better in warmth and can be used for men′s shirt warm fabric.
