摘 要:探讨一种同轴式圆笼除尘器的设计和应用效果。分析了格栅反吸式圆笼除尘器存在的不足之处,对现行结构进行了改进,将一级除尘和二级除尘传动的动力源合并由同一个电机输出,粉尘也由同一个吸尘风机捕集后输送到压紧器中。认为该同轴式圆笼除尘器在结构上更简单紧凑,易于维护维修,整体空间利用率更高,占地更小,能耗降低,投资运行成本减小。Design and application effect of a coaxial round cage dust collector was discussed.Shortcomings of grid-type reverse suction round cage dust collector were analyzed.Current structure was improved,which combined power source of the primary and the secondary dust removal drive with the same motor output.The dust was also col⁃lected by the same dust remover fan and transported to compactor.Structure was simpler and more compact,easier to maintain and repair,overall space utilization was higher,land occupation was smaller,energy consumption was re⁃duced and investment operation cost was reduced.
