摘　　要：本文将居家透析患者家庭访视的发展、人员构成、访视时机、职责及工作内容、应用效果及面临的挑战进行综述,以期为居家透析患者建立统一的家庭访视模式提供依据。This review summarized the development of home visits,the composition of staff,the timing of visits,the responsibilities and duties,the application effects and the challenges faced by dialysis patients,in order to provide a basis for establishing a unified home visit model for home dialysis patients.
