摘  要:采用大田试验,同一钾肥水平下,研究了15个花生品种(系)植株钾素吸收与利用相关指标的差异及相互关系。结果表明:①不同花生品种(系)营养体(根、茎和叶)、生殖体(果针和荚果)和整株钾浓度分别为12.42~20.01、7.32~10.17和9.24~13.89 g/kg,钾积累量分别为26.75~72.14、26.49~61.16和62.15~133.31 kg/hm 2,营养体钾浓度和积累量的变异幅度高于生殖体和整株。不同花生品种(系)钾分配系数、利用效率及干物质生产效率分别为40.32%~63.62%、36.28~76.47和72.60~108.97 kg/kg。②花生荚果产量与生殖体钾积累量呈极显著正相关。钾利用效率与钾分配系数、钾干物质生产效率呈极显著正相关,与生殖体钾浓度、整株钾浓度、营养体钾积累量和整株钾积累量呈显著或极显著负相关。③根据产量和钾利用效率平均值将供试品种(系)分为高产钾高效、高产钾低效、低产钾高效和低产钾低效四大类型,其中609、冀花5号、冀花6号和鲁花11四个品种(系)为高产钾高效型。试验结果可为花生钾高效品种选育及高产节钾栽培提供理论依据。A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the differences in K uptake and utilization characteristics and their relationship among 15 peanut varieties(lines)under the same K input.The results showed that,①K contents of the 15 varieties(lines)were 12.42~20.01 g/kg for vegetative organs,7.32~10.17 g/kg for reproductive organs and 9.24~13.89 g/kg for whole plant.And K accumulations of vegetative organs,reproductive organs and whole plant were 26.75~72.14,26.49~61.16 and 62.15~133.31 kg/hm 2,respectively.The variation ranges for both K content and accumulation in vegetative organs were higher than those in reproductive organs and whole plant.In addition,K partition coefficient(KPC),use efficiency(KUE)and dry matter production efficiency(KNMPE)were 40.32%~63.62%,36.28~76.47 and 72.60~108.97 kg/kg,respectively.②Peanut yield had extremely significant positive correlations with K accumulation of reproductive organs.KUE had extremely significant with KPC and KNMPE,but it had significant or extremely significant negative correlation with K content of reproductive organs and whole plant and K accumulation of vegetative organs and whole plant.③Four types of these peanut varieties(lines)containing high yield and high KUE type,high yield and low KUE type,low yield and high KUE type,and low yield and low KUE type were classified according to the differences in yields and KUE by calculating the mean values.609,Jihua5,Jihua6 and Luhua11 were evaluated as high yield and high KUE type.These findings will provide the basis for varieties screening with high KUE and peanut cultivation with high yield and K-saving.
