摘 要:以鲁花12号花生品种为试验材料,研究了外源钙对酸雨胁迫下花生幼苗抗氧化酶活性和膜脂过氧化特征的影响,结果表明,30~40 mmol/L外源Ca^2+能提高花生幼苗过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,同时降低了丙二醛MDA含量和细胞膜透性,缓解了酸雨胁迫对花生幼苗的伤害。In order to explore the effect of exogenous Ca^2+ on the physiological property of peanut(Luhua12)under acid rain stress,the effects of different concentrations of exogenous Ca^2+on the antioxidant enzyme activity and lipid peroxidation of peanut seedlings under acid rain stress were studied.The results showed that the content of malonaldehyde(MDA)and membrane permeability were reduced.The activity of catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in peanut seedlings could be simultaneously improved by adequate exogenous supply of Ca^2+.This study showed that 30~40 mmol/L external Ca^2+ treatment can improve the resistance of peanut seedlings to acid rain,effectively relieve the acid rain stress damage to peanut seedlings.
