摘 要:针对工程机械工作过程中产生的强振动引起电磁换向阀阀芯瞬态液动力和电磁力变化,进而影响电磁换向阀压力-流量特性和换向时间的问题,建立基础振动下电磁换向阀的动力学仿真模型,并通过实验验证模型的正确性。运用多目标遗传算法对振动环境下电磁换向阀的主要结构参数进行优化设计。研究结果表明:阀的最佳设计参数是阀芯质量为0.005kg,阻尼系数为22.03N s/m,弹簧刚度为2384.8N m;优化后,基础振动下电磁换向阀流量波动失效区域降低80%,流量降低区域全部消失,换向时间延长区域降低62%。该研究可为基础振动下电磁换向阀的选型和设计提供依据。Aming at the problem that the strong vibration in the working process of construction machinery causes the transient hydraulic and electromagnetic force of the solenoid directional valve spool change, and affects the pressure-flow characteristics and reversing time of the solenoid directional valve, the dynamic simulation model of the solenoid directional valve under the foundation vibration was established, and the correctness of the model was verified by experiments. The multi-objective genetic algorithm was used to optimize the main structural parameters of electromagnetic directional valve in vibration environment. The results show that the optimum design parameters are as follows: the mass of valve core is 0.005 kg, the damping coefficient is 22.03 N·s/m, and the spring stiffness is 2 384.8 N·m. After optimization, the flow fluctuation failure area of solenoid directional valve is reduced by 80%, the flow value reduction area disappears completely, and the reversal time extension area is reduced by 62%. The study provides references for the selection and design of the electromagnetic reversing valve based on foundation vibration.
