美国创新国际化发展及与中国的比较研究

摘　　要：未来一段时间,将是全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革的关键时期。世界经济复苏与增长的主要动力源于创新,创新驱动新兴产业发展逐渐引发国际分工和国际贸易格局重构。创新经济全球化发展进入新时代,发达国家仍扮演着世界经济领跑者的角色。随着科技高速持续增长和巨大市场及经济潜力的出现,中国已成为世界各国不可或缺的创新合作伙伴。文章依据OECD提出的技术贸易流动标准,以国际技术贸易衡量国际技术流动,将创新投入、国际技术流动及创新产出相结合作为创新国际化指标,在分析美国创新国际化发展特征的基础上,将中美创新国际化发展模式及经济效应进行分析比较,进而提出中国创新国际化发展的对策建议。The next few years will be a crucial period for the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation in the world. Innovation has gradually become the main driving force of global economic recovery and growth,which triggers the international division of labor and the restructuring of international trade. The global innovation economy has entered a new era,and developed countries still play the leading role in the world economy. With the rapid and sustained growth of technology and the emergence of huge markets and economic potential,China has become an indispensable innovation partner for all countries in the world. Based on the standards of technology trade flow proposed by the OECD,international technology trade is selected as the index of international technology flow in the paper,and innovation input,international technology flow and innovation output are taken as new indicators of innovation internationalization. Firstly,the characteristics of innovation internationalization in USA are analyzed,and then the development pattern of innovation internationalization and economic effects between China and USA is compared,and finally the enlightenment of innovation internationalization development in China is obtained.
