基于资源异质性的南北经济发展差距研究

摘　　要：先富带动后富,促进区域经济协调发展是我国的长期国策。但由于各种原因,地区发展差异一直存在,当前我国南北发展差距日益扩大,逐步成为地区发展差距中的重要问题。基于此,本文使用全国各省区2003-2017年数据,分别运用截面回归和面板回归方法,实证分析各因素对南北经济发展差距的影响程度。研究表明,地处南方或北方并不对经济发展构成显著影响,南北方经济发展差距主要由要素资源投入的数量及效率差异导致。北方省区更依赖资本投入,而南方省区对劳动的依赖性更强;地理位置、行政地位等均对区域经济发展有明显作用。在上述研究结论的基础上,提出了政策建议。It is China’s long-term national policy to promote the coordinated development of regional economy. However,due to various reasons,regional development differences have always existed. At present,the development gap between North and South China is widening day by day,and it has gradually become an important issue in the regional development gap. Based on the situation,with the data of the provinces of China from 2003 to 2017,used cross-sectional regression and panel regression methods respectively,the extent and changes of the impact of various factors on the economic development gap between the north and the south are analyzed empirically.The research shows that being in the South or North does not have a significant impact on economic development,but the economic development gap between the North and the South is mainly caused by the difference in the quantity and efficiency of factor resources input. Northern provinces rely more on capital investment,while southern provinces rely more on labor. Geographical location and administrative status play an obvious role in regional economic development. On the basis of the above conclusions,policy recommendations are put forward.
