立体提花结构纬编服装面料的设计与开发

摘　　要：文章首先从纬编立体提花结构面料及双面电脑提花圆纬机的发展现状入手,指出立体提花面料因其优越包覆性能广泛应用于家纺领域,当前对于此种面料的主要研究方向为床垫,将立体提花结构应用在服装面料的研究很少;之后从纬编立体提花结构面料的提花原理、工艺原理和编织原理说明织物的形成方法;最后从面料的花型与结构设计、立体效果设计等方面综合介绍立体提花结构纬编服装面料的开发,并对纬编立体提花结构服装面料的发展方向进行预测。Starting with the development status of weft-knitted three-dimensional jacquard fabric and doublesided computer jacquard circular knitting machine,this paper put forward that three-dimensional jacquard fabrics are widely used in the field of home textiles because of its superior covering performance.At present,the main research direction of this kind of fabric is the mattress,and the application of three-dimensional jacquard weave to garment fabrics is seldom studied.The forming method of weft-knitted three-dimensional jacquard fabric is explained from its jacquard principle,technological principle,and knitting principle.The development of weft-knitted garment fabrics with three-dimensional jacquard weave is introduced from the aspects of the pattern,weave design and three-dimensional effect design,and the development direction of the weft-knitted three-dimensional jacquard fabric is predicted.
