加减固本防哮饮对支气管哮喘患者缓解期外周血T-bet/GATA-3比值及Th1/Th2平衡的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加减固本防哮饮对支气管哮喘患者缓解期外周血T-bet/GATA-3比值及Th1/Th2平衡的影响。方法选取2016年12月~2018年11月间在本院接受治疗的支气管哮喘缓解期患者65例,随机数字表法分成2组,对照组(32例)采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,观察组(33例)在对照组基础上加服加减固本防哮饮。观察患者临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能、中医证候评分、血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量及结合蛋白-3(GATA-3)及转移因子T-bet mRNA表达。结果观察组患者总的有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者PEF、FEV1较治疗前、对照组升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者ACT评分较治疗前、对照组升高,中医证候积分较治疗前、对照组降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清IL-4含量较治疗前、对照组降低,IFN-γ含量、IFN-γ/IL-4比值较治疗前、对照组升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者GATA-3mRNA表达较治疗前、对照组降低,T-bet mRNA表达、T-bet/GATA-3比值较治疗前、对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论加减固本防哮饮可改善支气管哮喘患者缓解期患者肺功能,提升疗效,其作用机制可能和调控外周血T-bet/GATA-3及Th1/Th2平衡有关。Objective: To analyze the effect of Modified Guben Fangxiao Drink on T-bet/GATA-3 ratio and Th1/Th2 balance in peripheral blood for patients with bronchial asthma during remission.Methods: Sixty-five patients with bronchial asthma remission during the period from December 2016 to November 2018 were enrolled.The randomized digital table was divided into two groups.The controlled group(32 patients) was inhaled with salmeterol.Agent,the observation group(33 cases) on the basis of the controlled group plus Modified Guben Fangxiao Drink.Observing the clinical efficacy,lung function before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,serum interleukin-4(IL-4),γ-interferon(IFN-γ) content,and binding protein-3(GATA-3) and transfer factor T-bet mRNA expression.Results: The total effective rate was 93.94% in the observation group(81.25%)(P < 0.05).After treatment,the PEF and FEV1 in the observation group were higher than those before treatment and the controlled group(P < 0.05).The ACT scores of the observation group were higher than the controlled group.The scores of TCM syndromes were lower than those before treatment and the controlled group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-4 levels in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and the controlled group.IFN-γ content,IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio was higher than that before treatment and the controlled group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the expression of GATA-3 mRNA in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and the controlled group,T-bet mRNA expression,The ratio of T-bet/GATA-3 was higher than that before treatment and the controlled group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Modified Guben Fangxiao Drink can improve the lung function and improve the curative effect of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of T-bet/GATA-3 and Th1/Th2 balance in peripheral blood.
