补中益气汤合五味消毒饮结合特色中医护理对小腿骨折术后感染患者创面感染实验室指标及愈合情况影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析特色中医护理结合补中益气汤合五味消毒饮对小腿骨折术后感染患者创面感染实验室指标及愈合情况影响。方法:选取2015年3月~2017年3月间因小腿骨折在本院接受手术治疗患者116例,依据随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组(58例)术后进行常规护理同时服用补中益气汤合五味消毒饮,观察组(58例)在对照组基础上进行特色中医护理,观察患者创面闭合、骨折愈合和住院时间,记录骨不愈合及发生感染患者数量,观察手术后一、三、七天患者体温和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及血清内C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、中性粒细胞和白介素-6(IL-6)含量改变状况。结果:观察组患者住院时间、发生感染人数及创面闭合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后第三天及第七天VAS评分、体温较术后第一天和对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第一天至第七天观察组患者血清内hs-CRP、中性粒细胞及IL-6含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特色中医护理结合补中益气汤合五味消毒饮可显著改善小腿骨折术后患者血清炎症因子含量,降低感染发生率,提高康复效果。Objective: To analyze the influence of characteristic Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Wuwei Xiaodu Drink on wound infection laboratory indexes and healing condition for leg fracture patients after infection.Methods: From March 2015 to March 2017 because of leg fracture in our hospital,116 cases of surgical treatment of patients,according to randomly divided into two groups,the controlled group(58 cases) was given postoperative routine nursing while taking Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Wuwei Xiaodu Drink,the observation group(58 cases) was given characteristics of Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the controlled group,observation of patients with wound healing and hospitalization time,closed fracture,nonunion and infection record number of patients after surgery,observation of one of three to seven days in patients with body temperature and pain visual analogue scale(VAS) and serum C reaction protein(hs-CRP),neutrophils and interleukin(the content change of IL-6).Results: The number of infection and wound closure time were lower than the controlled group,patients hospitalization time,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The patients in the observation group after 3 days and 7 days,VAS score,body temperature was the first postoperative day and the controlled group was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).1 to 7 days after operation in the observation group serum hs-CRP,neutrophils and IL-6 content were lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Characteristic Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Wuwei Xiaodu Drink can significantly improve the serum inflammatory factors in patients with leg fracture after operation,reduce the incidence of infection,and improve the rehabilitation effect.
