摘 要:以蛇行带式输送机为研究对象,运用Pacejka魔术公式及三次轮胎公式建立了输送机轮胎模型,采用阿依捷尔曼法构建蛇行带式输送系统的Lyapunov能量函数,确定了输送机系统的行驶稳定域和边界条件,运用Matlab仿真软件对小车行驶稳定域进行了估值,验证了所得到的行驶稳定域和边界条件的正确性。最后根据所得的行驶稳定域及边界条件对输送机进行了实车实验研究,根据研究结果可知当V(x)分别为1m/s、1.5m/s、2m/s时机尾小车能够跟随机头小车的运行轨迹前行,几乎未发生偏移,进一步验证了选用Pacejka魔术公式的合理性及行驶稳定域、边界条件的正确性。研究成果可为蛇行带式输送机的研究提供理论及实验参考。Taking the snake belt conveyor as the research object, using the Pacejka magic formula and the three tire formula to establish the conveyor tire model, using the Ay Jeal Man method to build the Lyapunov energy function of the snake belt conveyor system, determine the driving stability area and the boundary pieces of the conveyor system, and use the Matlab simulation software to the small train. The stability domain is estimated to verify the correctness of the driving stability and boundary conditions. In the end, the experimental research on the conveyor is carried out on the basis of the moving stable region and boundary condition. According to the research results, it can be found that the tail car can follow the running track of the head of the machine head when velocity is 1 m/s, 1.5 m/s and 2 m/s, respectively. It further proves that the Pacejka magic formula is reasonable, the driving stabilityand boundary conditions are correct. The research results provide a theoretical and experimental reference basis for the future research of snake belt conveyor.
